But it would be a shame not to go back from time to time on the present one so that you can eventually finish it.weechuffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04382520692712352649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7802457038858484321.post-48817248981916948412008-05-06T13:41:00.000-07:002008-05-06T13:41:00.000-07:00The bonsai was birthday gift for Gary from his old...The bonsai was birthday gift for Gary from his old boss.

The decorative painting is from scratch. You load the brush with two colours at a time. You basically learn to do a comma bruch stroke and there's not a lot more to learn. Look at the pictures again and you'll see the commas. The teddy was done with a scruffy brush and kind of stippled.Garyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08240189023639818801noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7802457038858484321.post-16044199231105238182008-05-06T13:30:00.000-07:002008-05-06T13:30:00.000-07:00Poor Bonsai, I do hope he recovers. He's making a brave attempt isn't he!
Having seen your last weeks craft efforts in the flesh so to speak, your photos are not nearly doing them justice. The colours of the second one (my favourite too) are much richer.
Congratulations on your lovely weight loss. You are doing well. I lost 4 1/2 pound my first week, and hope to do as well this week.
I'm really enjoying the diet and don't think age has much to do with it. I'm 76, and losing well so far. Next week will tell!granny grimblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08257953737883411387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7802457038858484321.post-39585318872449987732008-05-06T13:28:00.000-07:002008-05-06T13:28:00.000-07:00Well you didn't describe what decorative painting ...Well you didn't describe what decorative painting was. Did you just paint the complete thing?

I've heard bonsais are very hard to grow, so with your record it will be a miracle if you succeed ha ha!

I thought it would cost a bit, going on a diet. It usually does :O(Babs (Beetle)https://www.blogger.com/profile/06172908857369441800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7802457038858484321.post-56336975609221869432008-05-06T13:26:00.000-07:002008-05-06T13:26:00.000-07:00Oh Sindie, how could you!
